URBAN SPECIALIST

The Eurocargo EEV is an urban delivery specialist, with its industry-leading turning circle, unparalleled driver comfort and outstanding fuel efficiency. You can add to that its versatility, marking Eurocargo EEV as perfect for a variety of other applications including emergency service work and public utility duties. At the heart of the Eurocargo Euro 5 EEV range is a 6-cylinder, 5.9 litre Tector 6 SCR engine, available in two power ratings and delivering generous oil change intervals of up to 80,000 kilometres. That adds up to reduced downtime and total cost of ownership. Able to negotiate the modern city’s byways with ease, the Euro 5 EEV is the truck the city likes – and one that gets the job done on time, every time.

A POWERFUL HEART

Powering the Euro 6 range is IVECO's 6-cylinder, 6.7 litre Tector 7 diesel engine featuring high pressure, common rail, electronic injection, turbocharging and 24 valves. Efficiency in the engine is boosted through the use of low-viscosity engine oil which reduces friction. The Tector 7 also features an electronically-controlled two-speed electromagnetic fan clutch which is engaged or disengaged according to cooling requirements. IVECO’s innovative ‘HI-SCR’ system allows the engines to achieve low emissions. Fully automatic, the HI-SCR is a single after-treatment system featuring a passive DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), requiring no action by the driver.

HI-SCR system benefits include:

• Reduced fuel consumption compared to competitor EGR + SCR equivalents.
• Reduced weight compared to EGR + SCR = reduced tare weight and increased payload.
• Fewer components (and less replacement parts) than competitors.
• Eliminates regeneration downtime for increased efficiency.

POWER AND CONTROL

Eurocargo EEV:

The Eurocargo EEV ML160 single and dual control comes with an Allison S3000 transmission. It delivers precision gear changes and complete control. This automatic transmission is perfectly designed for use in heavy traffic and congested roads, minimising constant gear change and allowing for full driver concentration.

Eurocargo E6:

Converting the Tector 7’s power to the road are three high quality transmission offerings. Depending on the application or driver choice, a manual or fully automatic transmission can be specified. Drivers wanting to self-shift can select the ZF 9-speed overdrive transmission with dash-mounted gear shift. Alternatively, there are two automatics available for those seeking a more relaxed drive in congested metropolitan environments; the Allison S3000 5-speed full automatic transmission or the ZF 12-speed automated transmission.

SAFE, NO MATTER WHAT

IVECO delivers safety for the driver, and the load. All Eurocargo EEV models feature the superior stopping power of front and rear disc brakes with ABS, plus Anti-Slip Regulator (ASR) and Electronic Stability Program (ESP). In combination they provide a safe and comfortable working environment for every driver, no matter the road or weather conditions. Our Eurocargo Euro 6 models boost the safety levels with an extended list of features that protect against driver distraction and collision scenarios.

Euro 6 models feature:

• Front and rear ventilated disc brakes with ABS.
• Anti-Slip Regulator (ASR), Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and Advanced Emergency Braking System (AEBS).
• Optional Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). Using the AEBS radar, ACC adjusts speed by maintaining a safe distance to the vehicle in front, (standard on ML180).
• Optional Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) that warns the driver if the vehicle is moving from its lane, (standard on ML180).
• Driver SRS airbag
